Charter Adventures

  What a wonderful experience! The weekend we came to Portland ended up being rainy and cold. Capt Bill called to make sure we still wanted to go in the bad... read more weather, and even offered to bring parkas when we told him we would still like to go. We got lucky and had a break in the rain for the trip. We saw lighthouses, eagles, seals and more. We learned some of the history of Portland and got to see the small islands in Casco Bay. Capt Bill even showed my 13 yo how to drive the boat and let my 20 yo son pull in a lobster trap. We are so glad we went even if it was a little cold. I highly recommend choosing this trip!

We had fun fishing... read more for mackerel and checking the lobster pots, learning how to measure (no keepers on our trip) we saw tons of lighthouses and got some good photos. Cannot speak highly enough about Captain John and how well he engaged with our boys. It was a great family adventure.
