  Our family of 5 loved our time with Casco Bay Adventures. Captain John made sure our boys were never bored and we learned a lot too. We had fun fishing... read more for mackerel and checking the lobster pots, learning how to measure (no keepers on our trip) we saw tons of lighthouses and got some good photos. Cannot speak highly enough about Captain John and how well he engaged with our boys. It was a great family adventure.

  Wife and I booked a cruise through Casco Bay Adventures. Captain John took us around the bay for a couple hours and showed us all the interesting points from... read more nature to historical references of WW II. We also were dropped off to enjoy a dinner at Peaks Island while the Captain waited for us to finish dinner while the sun was beginning to set. We ventured out to also pull up a trap from lobster fishing and learned about the trade and conservation. When we were almost done, we stopped at the light tower for a great picture moment before travelling back to port. Captain John was a wonderful and informative host. If you desire this activity, Casco Bay Adventures should be your only stop. Enjoy! This trip would also be great for kids to see the seals and other marine life as well as lobsters.

Everyone had a different favorite part to the day and that was pretty magical. Even 10-month old Hunky who loved it when we accelerated 🙂

  The 2 hour tour with Captain Bill was the favorite part of our vacation. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He picked us up on one of the Commercial Street... read more wharfs. We saw light houses, forts, lobster traps, and islands in the bay. My family of 6 went on the tour. It was so much more personal than one of the bigger (crowded) sight seeing tours. It was well worth the time and money!
